Important things to know before you return products to us:

• You have 365 days from the day of delivery to return products to Bamigo;
• Products must be undamaged, clean, unwashed and returned in the original packaging;
• You can exchange products or return them for a refund;
• If you choose to return a product that is not faulty, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility;
• Do you have a complaint about a Bamigo product? If so, please contact us. We will resolve the issue immediately and reimburse your costs if you choose to return a product.
