How to use your discount code

1. Add your favourite bamboo essential to your shopping cart.
2. Go to your shopping cart at the top right of your screen.
3. Click on the orange ‘I’m going to order’ button.
4. On the next page, you will see an overview of your order. Click on ‘Apply Discount Code’ below (mobile) or to the right (desktop) of the overview.
5. Enter your discount code and click on the ‘Apply Discount’ button.
6. The discount will be applied and the reduced price will be displayed.
7. Click on the orange ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button to complete your order.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of discount codes offered to you by Bamigo.com. By using a discount code provided by Bamigo, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

1. Discount codes are not compatible with other discount codes, combo deals and promotions. Discounted products are an exception, unless otherwise stated.
2. Only one (1) discount code can be applied per order.
3. The nature, duration and expiry date of an offer, as well as other terms of use, can be found in the communication (e.g. email or post) containing the discount code. Each discount code is valid for a specified time period. Once this period has passed, the discount code can no longer be used.
4. A discount code cannot be used for outstanding orders.
5. If multiple offers or discount codes are applicable to a single order, the highest discount will automatically be applied.
6. Unless otherwise stated, each personal discount code can only be used once.
7. In promotions where a product is given away for free when purchasing another product (e.g. 2+1 free or 3+1 free), the value of the cheapest product is deducted as a discount. You will therefore receive this product for free.
8. If a discount code is used for items with a (total) price that is lower than the value of the discount code, the remaining value of the discount code is forfeit.
9. Promotions are valid while stocks last.
10. If you order products using a discount code or while on offer and then return them, the discount will be forfeit.
11. Discount codes are not redeemable for cash.
12. Most discount codes are valid on the entire collection. If a discount code is only valid on selected products, you cannot use the code to receive a discount on non-selected products. The products to which the discount code can be applied, are usually outlined in the communication containing the discount code.
13. Discount codes are only issued once. In case of theft or loss, no compensation will take place. Loss also includes the (accidental) deletion of emails.
14. It is not allowed to modify, counterfeit and/or resell discount codes.
15. Any (attempted) fraud or other unauthorised act will be registered and will result in disqualification from using discount codes.
16. These terms and conditions apply to both digital and printed discount codes that can be used on www.bamigo.com.
