Important to know before you return products to us:
- Products can be returned within 365 days of purchase
- Products must be returned undamaged, clean, unwashed and in the original packaging
- You can exchange the products for another size or receive a refund for purchase price
- The costs of returning products is at the customer's expense. We will cover the shipping costs for any replacement products
How do I place a return request?
1. Log in with your account details and click on returns.
2. Click on 'place a new return request'.
3. Select the order for which you want to create a return.
4. Select the products (and, if required, the quantity) that you want to send back from the list. Click on next.
5. Select whether you would like to receive a replacement product or a refund. If you wish to receive a replacement product, indicate which replacement product you wish to receive in the text box. Then click on submit request.
6. A return number appears on the screen. Click on 'print label' and attach this form to the shipment. No printer? Write your return number, your order number and your name on a seperate piece of paper and place it inside the shipment with the item you are returning.
7. Your return request will be handled within a few working days.
