Important to know before you return products to us:
Products can be returned within 365 days of purchase
Products must be returned undamaged, clean, unwashed and in the original packaging
You can exchange the products for another size or receive a refund for purchase price
The costs of returning products is at the customer's expense
How do I place a return request?
1.Log in with your account details and click on returns.
2. Click on 'place a new return request'.
3. Select the order for which you want to create a return.
4. Select the products (and, if required, the quantity) that you want to send back from the list. Click on next.
5. Select whether you would like to receive a replacement product or a refund. If you wish to receive a replacement product, indicate which replacement product you wish to receive in the text box. Then click on submit request.
6. A return number appears on the screen. Click on 'print label' and attach this form to the shipment. No printer? Write your return number, your order number and your name on a seperate piece of paper and place it inside the shipment with the item you are returning.
7. Your return request will be handled within a few working days.
