Delivery & Locations

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order can be sent to an address of your choice (home, work, etc.). However, it is not possible to have your order delivered to a pick-up point.

Delivery costs

For orders over £75 delivery is free. For orders below £75 delivery costs £3.99.

Delivery times

If your order is placed on Monday to Friday before 9pm, it will be shipped the same day (excluding holidays). If your order is placed after 10pm, it will be shipped on the next business day.

Track your order

When your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a track and trace code to enable you to track the progress of your parcel. If you have not received an email or if you are experiencing problems tracking your parcel, please contact customer service.
