PLACING AN ORDER

How do I place an order?
Shop for the products you would like to have. Finished shopping? Click on the shopping cart and check that the products and numbers are correct. Next, click on proceed to checkout.

Details
Have you previously placed an order with us? Then your details are known to us and you can log in. Your details will then be filled in automatically. Make sure to check if the details are correct. Is this your first order? Please fill in all your details.

Payment
There are several payment options. Choose your preferred payment method.

Check Out
Double-check that the order is correct and then click place order now. After the payment has been completed you will receive a confirmation email.
What size should I order?
Our products have the same sizing as most other brands. So you can use the size you usually have. In case of doubt, consult our .
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need an account to place an order. The advantage of having an account is that you can see any previous orders and that you do not need to enter your details every time you place an order.
How can I be sure that I have placed my order correctly?
Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. In the email you will find an overview of your order, the order number and the order date.
Can I add an item to my order if I have already placed it?
This is unfortunately not possible. After you have completed the order, it is prepared for shipment. If you wish to purchase another product you need to place a new order.
I have placed an order, can I still change it?
Has the payment been completed? Then it is no longer possible to cancel the order. If the payment has not yet been completed, then you can still cancel the order. In that case, please contact our customer service.
I have made a mistake in my order, now what?
Please contact our customer service. If it is too late to change the order, then you can place a return request to refund or exchange the products.
When will my order be processed?
Have you placed an order and paid for it? Then the order is processed immediately and you should receive it within a few days. You can find the delivery time by country here. If you have opted for payment by bank transfer, we will send the order as soon as we have received the payment.


DELIVERY

Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace code. Have you not received this code or are you unable to track your order? Please contact customer service.
Where can I get my order delivered?
The order can be sent to your chosen address (home, work, etc.). It is not possible to have your order delivered to a pick-up point.
Who delivers my order?
The order is shipped and delivered/offered by DPD.
Will my order be delivered at once?
If every product in your order is in stock, your ordered products will be delivered together. If an item is out of stock, the rest of the order will be delivered first. The remaining product will be sent when it is back in stock.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Have you placed an order and paid for it? Then the order is processed immediately and you should receive it within a few days. You can find the delivery time by country here. If you have opted for payment by bank transfer, we will send the order as soon as we have received the payment.
Can I track my order?
Yes, that is possible. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to follow the order.
Can I pick my order up at the warehouse?
No, it is not possible to pick your order up at the warehouse.
Can my order be delivered to a collection point?
No, it is currently not possible to have the order delivered to a collection point.
How much do I pay for shipping?
The costs for shipping to countries outside of Europe are $15.99. Are you placing an order for $100 or more? Then we will cover your shipping costs.

Have you contacted the customer service team? Your complaint will be processed, and we will look for a suitable solution as soon as possible.


WARRANTY

What is the warranty period?
If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service. They will work together with you to find a suitable solution.
What does the 365 days exchange warranty entail?
It is possible to decide within 365 days to return the products. Attention! Products must be in the original condition (not worn, washed or damaged).


PAYMENTS

Is my online payment secure?
Yes, the payment methods are safe. All payment methods use the same security measures as the internet banking systems used by banks.
What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?
Payments can be made using VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and direct bank transfer. These payment methods are free of charge. If you choose American Express, then you pay a surcharge of $2.
I have chosen prepayment by bank transfer. What is your account number?

Does the payment method affect the delivery time?
All successful payments (excluding prepayment per bank transfer) come to us right away. Your order will be sent immediately. If you have chosen prepayment by bank transfer, the order will be sent as soon as we have received the payment. Due to funds transferring between different banks, this takes on average a day longer.
Are the prices shown in the webshop inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices in our webshop include VAT.
Can you see my credit card number if I use it for payment?
No, due to security and privacy reasons your credit card number is not visible to us.
How do I get the invoice for my order?
Log in, go to my orders and choose the order from which you want to print the invoice. Then select print invoice to view or print the invoice.


DISCOUNT CODE/GIFT CARDS

I received a discount code or gift card code, how do I use it?
On the checkout page you will find a box for a gift card code under the payment heading. Please enter the code here and click on activate.
In which values are gift cards available?
A gift card is available in 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 dollars (USD).
Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
No, a gift card can only be redeemed against products from the webshop.
Do I have to spend my gift card all in once?
No, a gift card does not have to be spent all at once. The remaining credit balance remains on the card and can be used the next time.
How can I find out how much credit is left on my gift card?
Log in to your account, go to my gift cards and enter your gift card code. The (remaining) amount on the gift card will be shown.
Can I use multiple discount codes or gift card codes when placing an order?
No, you can use only one code per order.
How long is my gift card valid?
If the gift card has an expiry date this will be stated on the gift card itself. Unable to find an expiry date? This means the gift card is valid indefinitely.
Can I return my gift card?
Yes, you can. It is possible to return the gift card. Attention! This is only possible if the gift card code has not been used. The full amount must still be on the card.


PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK

How long does it take before my size is back in stock?
This may vary by size. The delivery time of the product is stated on the page of the relevant product.
Will items that are not in stock be replenished?
When your desired size comes back in stock, it will be possible to select it in the webshop. If you are unable to select your size, it means that it is out of stock.


EXCHANGE/RETURNS

How can I return a product?
1. Log in with your account and click on returns.
2. Click on place a new return request.
3. Select the order you want to create a return request for.
4. Select the products (and possibly the amount) that you want to send back. Click on next.
5. If you want to exchange the product, please select replacement. If you want the money back, please select refund. If you want to exchange the product, please indicate in the text box which product you would like to receive as a replacement. Then click submit request.
6. A return number will appear on the screen. Click on print label and add the form to the shipment.
How can I exchange a product for another product?
1. Log in with your account and click on returns.
2. Click on place a new return request.
3. Select the order in question.
4. Select the product you want to exchange. Click on next.
5. Select replacement e and enter which product you want as replacement in the text box. Then click submit request.
6. A return number will appear on the screen. Click on print label and add the form to the shipment.
Can I return my package as a letterbox parcel?
Yes, it is possible to send the package as a letterbox parcel. This possibility, however, does vary per parcel point. In such cases you should receive a track & trace code to track your parcel.
Are there costs for exchanging or returning?
You need to cover the costs you incur when returning products. We will cover the costs of sending you your replacement products.

I am not able to print the return label, now what?
Are you not able to print the return label? Take a piece of paper en write down the return number. Add the piece of paper to the shipment and send the parcel. This way we can handle the return request in the right way.
How quickly do I receive the new products?
When we receive the returned products (provided a return has been made via the website), we will send the replacement product as soon as possible. On average, this process takes 3 working days. If no return request was created online, the return process can take a few days longer. Keep in mind the products are sent from Netherlands and this will affect the delivery time.
Have you received my return request?
Did you return the parcel via a parcel point? You will receive a track & trace code to follow the package. In most cases, the package arrives within 5-10 working days at the relevant return address.
When can I expect my refund for a returned product?
It can take up to 30 days to see the refund on your bank account. This does not occur often. In most cases, the amount will have been transferred sooner.


MY ACCOUNT

I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on sign in at the top of the page. You can request a new password by clicking on forgot your password. Enter your email address and click on receive new password. You will then receive an email with a link to change your password.
How can I change my details?
Log in with your email address and current password. This will bring you to your personal dashboard. Then click on account information or address book to change your details.

PRODUCTS

What is the composition of your products?
T-shirts: 68% bamboo - 28% cotton - 4% elastane
Boxer shorts/briefs: 68% bamboo - 28% cotton - 4% elastane
Socks: 80% bamboo - 17% polyamide - 3% elastane
Sneaker socks and footies: 75% bamboo - 23% polyamide - 2% elastane
Is it possible to create my own color combinations?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Our sets arrive at our warehouse already pre-packaged. The color combinations shown in our webshop are the combinations that are sold.
Can I put the underwear in the tumble dryer?
We do not recommend putting the underwear in the tumble dryer. This could damage the fibres of the fabric.
Does the underwear shrink?
The shrinkage of our bamboo base layers is equal to that of cotton. With proper washing instructions, they hardly shrink at all.
Can you iron the underwear?
Yes, it is no problem to iron the undergarments. Usually it is not necessary since our underwear is non-iron.
What is the best temperature for washing?
The best temperature for washing is 30 degrees. We recommend this temperature to take full advantage of the durability of the product.
Can I use fabric softener?
Fabric softener does not damage the product. The use of fabric softener is not necessary, however. The product is of itself very soft and does not lose this softness while washing.
Will the product range be expanded in the future?
We are continuously working on optimizing and expanding the range.


BAMBOO

What is bamboo viscose?
All Bamigo products are made from bamboo viscose. This viscose is made of a mix of bamboo together with a different type of fabric. In our case, we have opted for cotton.
For how long has textile been made from bamboo?
In 2001, researchers at Peking University discovered it was possible to create fabric from bamboo. Compared to cotton, bamboo has therefore not been around for very long. Due to the unique qualities of bamboo, bamboo underwear is becoming rapidly popular.
Why is a bamboo product better than cotton?
Bamboo does not like bacteria and does not take on foul odours. Bamboo products absorb water or moisture better compared to other types of fabric. As a result, bamboo products will not stick to your skin in hot weather.
Are chemicals used when growing bamboo?
No, bamboo grows naturally. It does not need pesticides, insecticides or fertilizers. Even artificial watering is not necessary.
What are the benefits of bamboo base layers?
The undergarments are silky soft, are slim fit and are of good quality. This means that the product fits perfectly and feels like a second skin. In addition to being wonderfully comfortable, the products look stylish and have a high breathability. The latter ensures that you stay fresh during the day.

Is Bamigo sold in physical stores?
No, our base layers are exclusively available at our webshop.
Do you also sell bamboo base layers for ladies?
No, not at the moment. We do sell some shirts and socks that can be worn by women as well.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
At the bottom of every newsletter you will find an unsubscribe link. Using this link you can unsubscribe yourself from the newsletter. It is also possible to unsubscribe via our webshop. You need to log into your account and then choose account information and newsletter.
Could I receive fewer newsletters?
Yes, that is possible. At the bottom of every newsletter you will find the change preferences option. Using this link you can adjust the frequency of newsletters.

During what times are you available by telephone?
