Important to know before you return products to us:
- Within 365 days it is possible to send products back
- The products must be undamaged, clean, unwashed and packaged in the original packaging
- You can exchange the products for another size or recover the purchase price
- The costs of returning the products are at the customer's expense. We will cover the shipping costs for any replacement products
How do I place a return request?
1. Log in with your account and click on returns.
2. Click on place a new return request.
3. Select the order for which you want to create a return.
4. Select the products (and possibly the amount) that you want to send back from the list. Click on next.
5. Choose whether you want to receive a replacement product or a refund. Do you want a replacement product? Indicate which replacement product you wish to receive in the text box. Then click on submit request.
6. A return number appears on the screen. Click on print label and attach this form to the shipment. No printer? Write the returns number on a separate piece of paper and add that at the return.
7. Your return request will be handled within a few working days.
