Not satisfied with your new underwear? Keep Cool! You have 30 days to ask for a refund or a replacement.

The products must be undamaged, clean, unwashed and still in the original packaging. If the products are in correct condition, we will refund or replace the returned products.

Please note: The return costs (to our depot in Eindhoven, The Netherlands) will not be refunded by Bamigo. But, in any case, we will cover the shipping costs of redelivered products.


How do I make a return

The return process is quick and easy. Simply follow the steps below.


  1. Log in to your customer account, and click on Returns on the left side of the page.


  2. Click on Place a new return request.


  3. Select the order you want to place a request for.


  4. Select in the list the articles you would like to send back to us, and the quantities.


  5. Choose whether you want a refund or a replacement (and specify the products you want in replacement in the comment field). Click on Submit request.


  6. You will receive a return number which you have to enclose with the returned products.



Where do I have to send the products?

The products must be returned (with the return number) to the following address:

    The Netherlands

As soon as we receive the returned articles, new products will be sent or we will refund you on your bank account (with the exception of the original shipping costs) within two weeks.
